Bring physical objects into the digital world with our professional 3D scanning services. We offer a range of detail and sizing options where each part is carefully measured for accuracy you can trust.
The raw mesh file from a 3D scan can be used for checking clearances of larger objects and replicating smaller ones. Reverse engineering takes that mesh to the next level. We carefully redesign the mesh into an accurate STL file that provides smooth surfaces and easily editable features, perfect for iterative designs and full assemblies.
We offer a variety of colors, textures, and materials to meet your project needs. Price is per hour of active printing time, for an exact quote an STL file is required.
About me
I'm Cody Bond, a Mechanical Engineering student at Oregon State University and the founder of Cascadia 3D. Before returning to school, I spent four years leading a fabrication team installing and integrating systems for emergency vehicles — work that sharpened my eye for precision, fit, and finish. Today I channel that hands-on experience into 3D scanning, reverse engineering, and prototyping services for clients who need things done right the first time. Based in the Pacific Northwest, I bring an engineer's mindset and a maker's instincts to every project.
