From something as large as an SUV to the size of a penny, our scanning equipment is capable capturing accurate point maps for any project. We can also safely scan people and animals in full color.

Specifications

Accuracy range up to 0.05mm for high detail scans, up to 10 mm for large general clearance scanning. High detail scans can be stitched together for large assembly integration.

We can export your scans in a range of file formats for different use cases including:

STL, OBJ, PLY, 3MF, and ASC

Not always.

The file you will receive with each scan is a large point map transformed into a mesh object. In other words, Even flat surfaces will be captured as thousands of tiny triangles that can have a large impact on usability.

Our reverse engineering service will rebuild these maps into simplified STLS that use the minimum amount of triangles necessary to capture the maximum amount of useful data.

This increases efficiency, allows for post processing, and reduces the amount of RAM required to open your file.

Pricing is based on a couple variables.

• Travel time to the worksite (you can ship to me if that is preferred)
